I have deleted the game entirely and then fully downloaded the supposed full version again from my library. I have tried to access the full game purchase from my console - without being in the game AND also from the game menu - and no luck. I click and it says qued, then shows an error (on phone. The mobile app shows a button to download the game to console. I have the same problem on PS4 pro and have had the full game purchased and download since its release but am unable to play it because the options are "locked" and it appears to be the trial version (which I never even downloaded).
